Recognized Securities Exchange as used in paragraph 1 means:
Recognized Securities Exchange means the Exchange or any other securities exchange or virtual asset trading platform licensed under the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Law, 2020 that the Authority has declared by notice published in the Gazette to be a recognized exchange for the purposes of this Law;”; and
Recognized Securities Exchange means any established trading market or quotation system for the trading of securities, including any established electronic securities market.
