If any of the Common Shares are listed on one or more Recognized Securities Exchanges, the Company shall take all such actions as may be necessary to ensure that the Reciprocal Common Shares issuable hereunder shall be duly approved for listing subject to official notice of issuance on each Recognized Securities Exchange, if any, on which the Common Shares are then listed.
