Reconfigured Facilities definition

Reconfigured Facilities means any additional facilities the Parties identify during the Inventory, Planning and Inspection Period of any Phase which serve purposes in addition to street lighting, which the Parties agree that SCE will reconfigure to remove such other (non-street light) uses, and which will be purchased by Buyer from SCE in the final Phase. Buyer shall coordinate all activities relating to Reconfigured Facilities with SCE’s Local Service Planning Office.

Examples of Reconfigured Facilities in a sentence

  • For a period of ten (10) Business Days following Buyer’s receipt of the Reconfigured Facilities Notice, Buyer shall have the right to accept or reject the Reconfigured Facilities described in the Reconfigured Facilities Notice, which acceptance or rejection shall be evidenced by a written notice delivered to SCE’s Local Service Planning Office.

  • Submit required documents to the clinical facilities within the established timeframes; notifies student and/or faculty deficiencies in required documents.

  • The Parties shall mutually agree on the Purchase Price, Severance Costs and any additional costs for any Reconfigured Facilities transferred to Buyer in the final Phase in accordance with Section 6.2(b).

Related to Reconfigured Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.
