Record Retention Period definition

Record Retention Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

Examples of Record Retention Period in a sentence

  • Contractor shall permit the State to audit, inspect, examine, excerpt, copy and transcribe Contractor Records during the Record Retention Period.
