Recordation Report definition

Recordation Report. A report substantially in the form of Exhibit 3 hereto provided by the Trustee (or the Custodian) pursuant to Section 2.03(c)(4) hereof identifying those Mortgage Loans for which a Mortgage or an Assignment remains unrecorded.
Recordation Report. A report substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto provided by the Trustee (or the Custodian) pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof identifying those Mortgage Loans for which a Security Instrument or an Assignment remains unrecorded.

  • Recordation "record," or "recorded" means, with regard to NOx allowances, the movement of NOx allowances by the administrator from one NOx allowance tracking system account to another, for purposes of allocation, transfer, or deduction.

  • Filing Statement means all UCC financing statements or other similar financing statements and UCC (Form UCC-3) termination statements required pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Servicer’s Report means any report of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of the Administration Agreement, substantially in the form acceptable to the Administrator.

  • Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit C or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
