Recoupable Payments definition
Recoupable Payments means funds advanced to Creators prior to the start of an event that are expected to be recovered and for which the Borrower has withheld amounts due from the sale of tickets for such event until such advance is fully recovered.
Recoupable Payments means funds provided by Publisher to Developer, or for the development of the Licensed Game, which can and will be recovered by Publisher deductions from Revenue Share or from Developer repayment to Publisher.
