Recovery Bond Registrar definition

Recovery Bond Registrar means the registrar at any time of the Recovery Bond Register, appointed pursuant to Section 2.05 of the Indenture.

  • If the Recovery Bond Registrar and Paying Agent is other than the Indenture Trustee, such Recovery Bond Registrar and Paying Agent, within the prescribed period of time for tax reporting purposes after the end of each calendar year, shall deliver to each relevant current or former Holder such information in its possession as may be required to enable such Holder to prepare its federal income and any applicable local or State tax returns.

  • Any Paying Agent, Recovery Bond Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent or agent appointed under Section 3.02 may do the same with like rights.

  • None of the Issuer, the Recovery Bond Registrar, the Paying Agent or the Indenture Trustee shall be liable for any delay in delivery of such instructions and may conclusively rely on, and shall be fully protected in relying on, such instructions.

  • Upon any resignation of any Recovery Bond Registrar, the Issuer shall promptly appoint a successor or, if it elects not to make such an appointment, assume the duties of Recovery Bond Registrar.
