Redevelopment Plan Amendment definition

Redevelopment Plan Amendment means an amendment to a Redevelopment Plan adopted by the City Council by ordinance after the effective date of this ordinance.
Redevelopment Plan Amendment means the substantial modification to the Redevelopment Plan and all revisions thereto amending the Redevelopment Plan.
Redevelopment Plan Amendment means the “Amendment to East U.S. 50 Highway Corridor Improvement Tax Increment Financing Plan With Respect to the Redevelopment of Project Area 4”, as approved by the City by Ordinance on , 2013.
