Redirection Letter definition

Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Article 4(b).
Redirection Letter means an irrevocable redirection letter in the form attached as Exhibit I to this Agreement instructing Mortgagor, Servicer or any other Person to pay all amounts payable under the related Purchased Asset to the Repo Collection Account, which Buyer may send to each Mortgagor with respect to each Purchased Asset subject to a Transaction after the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default.
Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Article 29(e).

Examples of Redirection Letter in a sentence

  • All Income or other amounts in respect of the Purchased Assets, as well as any interest received from the reinvestment of such Income or other amounts, shall be deposited directly by the applicable Mortgagor into the applicable Depository Account in accordance with the Re-direction Letter.

  • This Servicer Notice, Pledge and Redirection Letter shall supersede any existing agreements between the parties containing general terms and conditions for repurchase transactions.

More Definitions of Redirection Letter

Redirection Letter means, in relation to any Eligible Asset, an instruction letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 13 (Form of Redirection Letter) pursuant to which the Borrower has directed the addressee with respect to the applicable Asset to remit all amounts on account of each such Asset directly to the Collection Account.
Redirection Letter means an irrevocable redirection letter substantially in the form attached as Exhibit L.
Redirection Letter means an irrevocable redirection letter in the form attached as Exhibit VIII to this Agreement instructing the Servicer to pay all amounts payable under the related Purchased Asset to the Cash Management Account, and executed by the Servicer with respect to such Purchased Asset.
Redirection Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(b) of this Agreement.

Related to Redirection Letter

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).

  • Designation Letter means, with respect to any Designated Subsidiary, a letter in the form of Exhibit E hereto signed by such Designated Subsidiary and the Company.

  • Termination Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).

  • Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Risk Retention Letter As described in the Offering Circular, that certain letter agreement entered into by Xxxxxxx Mac, dated as of the Closing Date.

  • Processing Agreement means the agreement (as amended from time to time) ratified by the Iron Ore Processing (BHP Minerals)

  • Account Agreement means the agreements for the operation of the Account.

  • Sanction Letter means the letter issued by the Lender sanctioning the Loan with the relevant particulars as mentioned in the letter.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).

  • Resignation Letter means a letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Resignation Letter).

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • ACH means automated clearing house transfers.

  • No-Action Letter means the response of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Chief Counsel of Investment Management, dated April 18, 1995, in respect of the Xxxxxxxxx Russia Fund, Inc. (SEC Ref. No. 95-151-CC, File No. 811-8788) providing "no- action" relief under '17(f) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and SEC Rule 17- f5 thereunder, in connection with custody of such Xxxxxxxxx Russia Fund, Inc.'s investments in Russian Securities.
