Reducing Party definition

Reducing Party has the meaning specified in Section 10.20.

"Principal officers" means the president, chief operating officer, executive director, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of a legal entity or any person exercising similar authority.

  • Issuing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2 (Review).

  • Lender Recipient Party means collectively, the Lenders, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuer.

  • Lending Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14.

  • Designating Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.22.3.
