Reference Holder definition

Reference Holder means, as of any date of determination, a hypothetical holder of a number of units of each Index constituent equal to (i) the published unit weighting of that Index constituent as of that date, divided by (ii) the product of (a) the Index Divisor as of that date, and (b) the Initial VWAP Level divided by 25.
