Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:
Reference Obligations The residential mortgage loans identified on xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/creditriskofferings/security_data.html.
Reference Obligation means an obligation used for the purposes of determining the cash settlement value of a credit derivative;
Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.
Credit Event Reference Obligation means, with respect to any Payment Date, any Reference Obligation with respect to which a Credit Event has occurred.
Program Obligations means (1) all applicable statutes and any regulations issued by the Secretary pursuant thereto that apply to the Project, including all amendments to such statutes and regulations, as they become effective, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective only upon completion of the rulemaking process, and (2) all current requirements in HUD handbooks and guides, notices, and mortgagee letters that apply to the Project, and all future updates, changes and amendments thereto, as they become effective, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective only upon completion of the rulemaking process, and provided that such future updates, changes and amendments shall be applicable to the Project only to the extent that they interpret, clarify and implement terms in this Agreement rather than add or delete provisions from such document. Finance Obligations means, at any date, (i) all Senior Credit Obligations, (ii) all Swap Obligations of a Loan Party permitted hereunder owed or owing to any Swap Creditor and (iii) all Cash Management Obligations.
Fixed Rate Obligation Any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest.
Compliance Obligations means obligations of the AMC to comply with: (a) laws or international guidance and internal policies or procedures, (b) any demand or request from authorities or reporting, disclosure or other obligations under laws, and (c) laws requiring us to verify the identity of our customers.
Compliance obligation means the quantity of verified reported emissions or assigned emissions for which an entity must submit compliance instruments to ARB.
Net Obligation means the amount owed to PJMSettlement and PJM for purchases from the PJM Markets, Transmission Service, (under Tariff, Parts II and III , and other services pursuant to the Agreements, after applying a deduction for amounts owed to a Participant by PJMSettlement as it pertains to monthly market activity and services. Should other markets be formed such that Participants may incur future Obligations in those markets, then the aggregate amount of those Obligations will also be added to the Net Obligation.
Case characteristics means demographic or other objective characteristics of a small employer that are considered by the small employer carrier in the determination of premium rates for the small employer, provided that claim experience, health status and duration of coverage shall not be case characteristics for the purposes of the Small Employer Health Insurance Reform Act. A small employer carrier shall not use case characteristics, other than age, gender, industry, geographic area, family composition and group size, without prior approval of the Insurance Commissioner;
Swap Agreement Obligations means any and all obligations of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor), under (a) any and all Swap Agreements permitted hereunder with a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, and (b) any and all cancellations, buy backs, reversals, terminations or assignments of any such Swap Agreement transaction.
Reference Instrument Price means at any time during the trading period on the Reference Exchange the price of theCurrent Reference Instrument on the Reference Exchange, as determined by the Index Calculation Agent. "Reference Exchange" means NYMEX (CME Globex).
Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;
Privacy Obligations means all (a) Privacy Laws and (b) internal and external published policies and procedures, binding industry standards, and restrictions and requirements contained in any Contract to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary is bound, in each case under this clause (b), relating to privacy, data security, marketing or the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, sharing, safeguarding, security, disposal, destruction, disclosure, transfer, or other processing of Personally Identifiable Information.
Floating Rate Obligation Any Collateral Obligation that bears a floating rate of interest.
Credit Improved Obligation means any Collateral Debt Obligation which, in the Investment Manager’s judgment, has significantly improved in credit quality and in respect of which one of the following is satisfied:
Service obligation means the contractual obligation undertaken by an individual under section 2705 or section 2707 to provide health care services for a determinable time period at a site designated by the department.
Reference Asset Weight means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the proportion of the Reference Portfolio set out under the heading “Reference Portfolio Weight” for such Reference Asset in the table included under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.
Financial Instrument Obligations means obligations arising under:
Net Hedging Obligations means, as of any date, the Termination Value of any such Hedging Agreement on such date.
Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of the principal and interest on Loans, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements and fees.
E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.
Reference Asset means a reference asset of the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the Final Terms.
Note Obligations means the Notes, the Guarantees and all other obligations of any obligor under this Indenture, the Notes, the Guarantees and the Security Documents.
