Referral Terms definition

Referral Terms means a document that is signed by the Parties that sets out, amongst other things, the Referral Fees and the Referrer Platform.

Examples of Referral Terms in a sentence

  • You should review these Referral Terms periodically for any changes.

  • You accept and agree to these Referral Terms when you: acknowledge acceptance of the electronic version of the Referral Terms as part of your acceptance of the Remitly User Agreement; and/or when you participate in the Referral Program.

  • As a participant in the Referral Program, you agree to use the Remitly service to promote the Referral Program in the manner specified by these Referral Terms, thereby acting as the Referrer ("Referrer").

  • If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within the Referral Terms in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as a “Referrer” or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner.

  • We may update and/or vary these Referral Terms from time to time and may also add additional terms and conditions for specific “Rewards” where necessary.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer which is a result of you breaking these Referral Terms.

  • If we fail to comply with these Referral Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Referral Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer which is a result of you breaching these Referral Terms.

  • We may update and/or vary these Referral Terms from time to time and may also add additional terms and conditions for specific "Rewards" where necessary.

  • If the Order Form specifies a Referral Fee arrangement, the Referral Terms shall apply and form part of this Agreement.

Related to Referral Terms

  • General Terms means these terms.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Referral Date has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).

  • Principal Terms means, with respect to any Series, (i) the name or designation; (ii) the initial principal amount (or method for calculating such amount), the Invested Amount, the Series Invested Amount and the Required Series Transferor Amount; (iii) the Certificate Rate (or method for the determination thereof); (iv) the payment date or dates and the date or dates from which interest shall accrue; (v) the method for allocating Collections to Investor Certificateholders; (vi) the designation of any Series Accounts and the terms governing the operation of any such Series Accounts; (vii) the Servicing Fee; (viii) the issuer and terms of any form of Series Enhancements with respect thereto; (ix) the terms on which the Investor Certificates of such Series may be exchanged for Investor Certificates of another Series, repurchased by a Transferor or remarketed to other investors; (x) the Series Termination Date; (xi) the number of Classes of Investor Certificates of such Series and, if more than one Class, the rights and priorities of each such Class; (xii) the extent to which the Investor Certificates of such Series will be issuable in temporary or permanent global form (and, in such case, the depositary for such global certificate or certificates, the terms and conditions, if any, upon which such global certificate may be exchanged, in whole or in part, for Definitive Certificates, and the manner in which any interest payable on a temporary or global certificate will be paid); (xiii) whether the Investor Certificates of such Series may be issued in bearer form and any limitations imposed thereon; (xiv) the priority of such Series with respect to any other Series; (xv) whether such Series will be part of a Group; (xvi) whether such Series will be a Principal Sharing Series; (xvii) whether such Series will be an Excess Allocation Series; (xviii) the Distribution Date; and (xix) any other terms of such Series.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Optional Deferral Provision means, as to any Qualifying Capital Securities, a provision in the terms thereof or of the related transaction agreements to the effect that:

  • Service Terms means the service terms applicable to each Service, which are made part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service, and any subsequent modifications we make to those terms.

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

  • Renewal Terms means the renewal terms of a Property Schedule, each having a duration of one year and a term coextensive with Lessee's budget year.

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Standard Terms means the document titled ‘Service Agreement - Standard Terms’ version 1.1, published on the website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xx or such other website as We may from time to time notify You, as updated or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 1.2(d)

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Optional Termination The termination of the trust created hereunder in connection with the purchase of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 9.01(a) hereof.
