Referred Member definition

Referred Member means any Person who, for the first time, establishes a Skrill USA Digital Wallet Account with Skrill USA through the referral efforts of an Affiliate as permitted and authorized by Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Referred Member means a new Member who (i) was referred directly by a Referring Member, and (ii) registers under the Member Identification of the Referring Member, either because the Member Identification of the Referring Member was imbedded in the electronic communication regarding the Company from the Referring Member to the Referred Member or manually input at the time of Registration by the Referred Member.
Referred Member means a New Member who was referred by Affiliate to Paysafe Services using the link provided in Affiliate’s Approved Media and has successfully registered a Member Account in accordance with the applicable Member Account Terms of Use.

  • If program conditions are not met, by Referring Member and/or qualifying Referred Member, any payout of cash bonuses will be reversed.

More Definitions of Referred Member

Referred Member means Veterans’ Organization members who learned of Respondent as a result of Respondent’s relationship with Broker Company and Veterans’ Organization, including members who were on the Veterans’ Organization mailing list that was licensed by Respondent and who, as a result, received advertising communications from Respondent and contacted Respondent.

With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Retired member means any former member receiving a retirement allowance or any former member who has filed the necessary documents for retirement benefits and is no longer contributing to the retirement system;

  • Interested Member means any person (other than the Company and any direct or indirect majority-owned subsidiary of the Company) that:

  • Special Member means, upon such person's admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person's capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.
