LW shall provide notice to Macquarie prior to each calendar month and each week as to the estimated quantities of Crude Oil it expects to deliver to the Crude Storage Tanks and the estimated quantities of Products it expects to deliver to the Refinery Product Storage Tanks during that month in accordance with Section 5.1 and Section 8.3 of the Supply and Offtake Agreement.
LW shall take all commercially reasonable actions necessary to maintain a connection with the Refinery Product Storage Tanks to enable withdrawal and delivery of Products to be made as contemplated hereby.
LW shall store each grade of Product in separate Refinery Product Storage Tanks and avoid any contamination of one Product by another or any degradation of the quality of any Product that would adversely affect the marketability of such Product.
