Refunding Agreement definition

Refunding Agreement means the Refunding Agreement [GPA 1989 BN-10] dated as of November 20, 1996, among the Lessee, the Original Head Lessee, the Parent Guarantor, the Trust Indenture Owner Trustee, the Pass Through Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Subordination Agent and the Indenture Trustee.
