Refurbisher may create a recovery partition on the hard drive of a Refurbished PC and install a recovery image for the Product it preinstalled on that Refurbished PC.
Refurbisher may choose not to provide a recovery image on a Refurbished PC; in that case, the Customer may have the Product image re-installed only from Refurbisher or another refurbisher participating in the Program as provided in Section 2.1(d) above.
