Regional Process definition

Regional Process means a standardized set of procedures through which a child's Annual Support Plan and funding to implement the Annual Support Plan are reviewed for approval. The review is performed by a committee of stakeholder representatives from a child's geographic service area and includes review of the potential risk of out-of-home placement, the appropriateness of the proposed supports, and cost effectiveness of the Annual Support Plan.
