Registered Business Intellectual Property Rights definition

Registered Business Intellectual Property Rights means all issued, registered or applied-for Business Patents, Business Trademarks and Business Copyrights.
Registered Business Intellectual Property Rights means any all Intellectual Property Rights within the Business Intellectual Property that are the subject of an application, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by any Governmental Entity, but excluding any items that are expired, withdrawn, cancelled, or abandoned.
Registered Business Intellectual Property Rights means all issued Patents, pending Patent applications, registered Trademarks, pending applications for registration of Trademarks, registered copyrights, pending applications for registration of copyrights, registered mask works, pending applications for registration of mask works and Internet domain names owned, filed or applied for by any of the Seller Companies used primarily to conduct, or relate primarily to, the Business.

  • Business Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by the Group Companies and (b) any other Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by Seller or any of its other Subsidiaries and used solely in the conduct of the Business.

  • Registered Intellectual Property means all applications, registrations and filings for Intellectual Property Rights that have been registered, filed, certified or otherwise perfected or recorded with or by any state, government or other public or quasi-public legal authority anywhere in the world, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office or United States Copyright Office, including issued Patents and Patent applications, registered Trademarks and Trademark applications, registered Copyrights and Copyright applications, and domain name registrations and applications.

  • Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
