Registered Training Organisation definition

Registered Training Organisation. (RTO) shall mean an organisation such as Queensland TAFE or a private training provider that meets the registration requirements within the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 2000.
Registered Training Organisation means a person or body registered under section 4.6.2 of the Act to issue the relevant qualification.

Registered Training Organisation or “RTO” has the meaning provided in the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Xxx 0000 (Cth).
