Collection Schedule. Delinquencies will be handled as follows: EISB Collection Office sends 1stdelinquency notice to the delinquent Employer and EISB’s month-end report will reflect the delinquency. If the delinquent Employer fails to respond with the appropriate time, the delinquency is referred to EISB Collection Counsel; along with a copy of the Employer’s bond. Collection Counsel will send a demand letter to the delinquent Employer requesting the payment of the Employer’s full delinquency, liquidated damages, interest, and attorney’s fee. If appropriate, Collection Counsel, at the direction of the Board of Directors or EISB CAO, will file a lawsuit, stop notices, mechanic’s liens, claims on the Employers’ bonds, and take other action deemed appropriate such as demanding joint checks. By no later than the third month of the Employer’s delinquency, Collection Counsel is to have instituted the appropriate legal proceedings unless he or she concludes that a delay is in the Joint Services Agreement Signatories best interest or he or she has not yet received adequate information. If legal action is delayed, Collection Counsel will inform the Board of Directors of the delay and provide the reason(s) for the delay. If, however, a union representative or others have knowledge that an Employer is delinquent, and that information is conveyed to the EISB CAO, the delinquent Employer will be referred to Collection Counsel, as soon as the delinquency has been confirmed by EISB. After referral of a delinquent Employer to Collection Counsel, the EISB Collection Office will still continue its normal billing procedures and will update Collection Counsel and Board of Directors with periodic reports.
Collection Schedule. Rapid Rail Operators will be required to complete the "Rapid Rail Operator's Productivity Claim Form" on a daily basis. All drivers are required to complete all forms and paperwork as directed. All drivers will be required to complete a daily report sheet detailing the day's operation. It is agreed that garbage services throughout the Xxxxxxxxxx Shire will be "re-blocked" to allow an even distribution of collections throughout the week. The compilation of these runs will be by mutual agreement of the GCC. It is also agreed that each run will have a proportion of high and medium density development to service. Council reserves the right to "re-block" any run as may be deemed necessary by the Waste Services Manager, following consultation with the GCC. Collection routes for each run will be established within six months of re-blocking. There will be no departure from the established route, unless approved by the garbage supervisor. No vehicle will be permitted to depart Bath Road Depot prior to 5:50am except if the vehicle is travelling to Bundeena, Waterfall, Xxxxx Point or Kurnell, or directly to the Tip (unless specifically authorised by the operations controller).
Collection Schedule a. Contractor shall perform the Work in the designated Collection Areas on the following Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the City and Contractor: Area 1: Saturday, September 11, 2021Saturday, September 19, 2020 Area 2: Saturday, October 2 , 2021Saturday, September 26, 2020 Area 3: Saturday, October 9 , 2021Saturday, October 10, 2020 Area 4: Saturday, October 16 , 2021Saturday, October 17, 2020
b. No Work in Collection Areas shall be done before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. without the advance written approval of the City, except such Work as may be necessary for the proper care, maintenance and protection of the Work already done or of equipment, or in the case of an emergency. Items for curbside pickup in a Collection Area shall be placed at curb before 7:00 a.m. on the date provided in the Collection Schedule. Contractor shall provide transportation of the containers located at the drop-off locations between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of the drop-off event.
c. Contractor shall conduct follow-up collections for uncollected materials as directed by the City’s representative and subject to paragraph d below.
d. The parties agree that Time is of the Essence and Contractor shall reasonably attempt to complete the Work for each Collection Area on the designated day. In the event Contractor fails to complete the Work for any Collections Area(s) on any designated day(s) and the failure is not attributable to any late set-outs (i.e., not having the waste curbside by 7:00 a.m. on the designated day) or severe or dangerous weather conditions, Contractor shall complete such Work as soon as reasonably possible, including, as necessary, providing additional collection operations during the following weekdays and during the schedule break weekend (Saturday, October 3, 2020). Contractor shall notify and coordinate with the City’s designated staff regarding such additional collections. Regardless, Contractor shall complete all Work covered by this Agreement within 45 calendar days.
Collection Schedule. (a) No later than 20 Business Days prior to the Start Date, the Principal will provide to the Contractor a written list in electronic format of all addresses within the Collection Area to be serviced by Collection Services and, where requested by the Contractor, a list of Bin numbers at each Tenement and any special collection requirements for those Tenements. The Principal may update this list in writing at any time.
(b) At the same time as providing the list under clause 7.3(a), the Principal may determine, and if so, must notify the Contractor of, the Collection Day applicable to any area within the Collection Area. If the Principal does not notify the Contractor of the Collection Day, the Contractor must determine the most efficient route and Collection Days to perform the Services.
(c) The Contractor must prepare a schedule for the performance of the Collection Services at all Tenements within the Collection Area which must be consistent with:
(1) the information provided to the Contractor under clauses 7.3(a) and 7.3(b);
(2) the frequency for the collection of Waste specified in the Collection Service Specification;
(3) any other information the Principal provides to the Contractor for the purposes of determining the Collection Schedule; and
(4) Main Roads being serviced outside of peak traffic times, (Collection Schedule).
(d) A draft of the Collection Schedule must be submitted by the Contractor to the Principal for approval at least 2 weeks prior to the Start Date.
(e) Following receipt of a draft Collection Schedule, the Principal may:
(1) require the Contractor to provide further information regarding the proposed Collection Schedule;
(2) direct reasonable amendments to the proposed Collection Schedule; and
(3) make its approval of the proposed Collection Schedule subject to such reasonable conditions as the Principal considers appropriate.
(f) Any alteration to, or departure from, the approved Collection Schedule by the Contractor in the performance of Collection Services can only occur with the Principal’s prior written consent. Should a collection occur late or not in accordance with the Collection Schedule and the Principal’s prior written consent was not obtained to such a departure, the Contractor must notify the Principal in writing as soon as practicable.
Collection Schedule. Contractor shall divide the Service Area into collection areas to coincide with existing CITY recycling collection dates. Collections shall be made from Service Recipients on a regular schedule in accordance with the existing CITY recycling pickup schedule for households in buildings with one to four housing units; however, Contractor reserves the right to alter the frequency of the scheduled pickups on an as needed basis with approval from the CITY. Collection of all Soft Recyclables from all curbside locations shall not start before 7:00 a.m. or continue after 6:00 p.m. according to City Ordinance. Exceptions to collection hours shall be effected only by prior permission of the City. Contractor shall not be required to perform any service under this Agreement on Holidays. When a holiday falls on the day that recyclables should normally be collected, each subsequent collection day will be delayed one day. For example, if July 4 is on Tuesday, regular collection services that week will be Wednesday and Thursday. Contractor may interrupt the regular schedule and quality of service because of street repairs, snow or other closures of public routes, which in Contractor's sole reasonable discretion makes the pick-up of the Soft Recyclables from a Service Recipient impracticable under the circumstances. Contractor will communicate any interruption to the CITY.
Collection Schedule. At a minimum, the Contractor must collect waste from the facility as specified in Exhibit D Price Schedule. Deviations, including collection frequency increases and decreases, from the collection schedule will be agreed upon, through a duly executed amendment, by both the State agency and the Contractor. Recyclable collection must be offered during the hours and days agreed to between the Contractor and State agency for waste collection. The contractor must collect in alleys where practical, parking lots or driveways, and on streets where no alleys are present. Containers must be replaced in the same location after emptying.
Collection Schedule. Contractor shall collect solid waste at single family residential properties and at duplexes, two times per week, at least three days apart and shall collect recovered materials once per week. Preferably, regular weekly single family residential will be Tuesdays and Fridays as currently scheduled. The frequency of collection at larger multi-family and commercial businesses shall be arranged and contracted for by and between the contractor and the property owner or tenant. The Contractor shall offer solid waste service six days per week (Monday thru Saturday), and recovered materials pick-up shall be made available at least twice per week. No collections shall take place between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. In the event a collection day falls on a holiday, it shall not be cancelled or rescheduled without the written consent of the Director of Public Works.
Collection Schedule. 2.1. The Customer will Collect Milk via a nominated Contracted Courier up to 5 days per 7 day week including a regular Sunday Delivery.

Collection Schedule.
9.1. The Company shall establish collection routes and schedules. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to place Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste at the appropriate location for collection in the appropriate container before the approved starting hour. BOTH the City and the residential customers shall be notified at least seven days before any route changes. The Company will furnish the City a map indicating pick-up days for all roads in the Franchise Area.
9.2. The Company shall provide regularly scheduled service for residential customers on a regular weekday, Monday through Friday.
9.3. Residential pickup shall be made between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. If the Company or the City receives complaints about the 6 a.m. collection starting time that cannot be resolved by the best efforts of the Company and the City, the Company shall shift to a 7 a.m. starting time.
9.4. Hours and days of pickup for collection from industrial or commercial outlets shall be in the Company’s discretion, as long as appropriate sanitary conditions are maintained and disruption to adjacent residential areas is minimized.
9.5. When the Company changes the pickup date for its service area, or a portion of its service area, all customers in the affected area must be notified of the change by mail, personal contact, or by a notice being affixed to their solid waste can in advance of the implementation of the new pickup schedule.
9.6. For regularly scheduled service, when pickup is missed due to the Company’s observance of a holiday, the Company will provide service on an alternate day at no additional charge to the customer. A list of the holidays observed by the Company is shown below: New Year’s Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day There is no pickup on these three holidays and all regularly scheduled pickups will be one day late for the balance of the week.
