Off Schedule. The parties agree that in the event the Company changes a shift schedule, without hours notice of the change, the first off scheduled shift will be paid hours at time and one half and hours straight time.

Off Schedule. Effective July 1, 2015, the parties agree to a salary increase off schedule for all y-rated employees in the amount of three percent (3%) for each year for the life of this contract. Payment (including any applicable retro-payments) shall be processed on a wage check as soon as practical after ratification of the agreement.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work.   • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.
