Regular Member means any Member, excluding the Managing Member and any Special Members.
Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.

Care must be rendered personally by your Physician according to generally accepted medical standards in your locality, be of a demonstrable medical value and be necessary to meet your basic health needs.
Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.
Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.
