Regulated Change definition

Regulated Change means Network Change and/or Station Change to the extent that each is required in connection with the Project;

Examples of Regulated Change in a sentence

  • Where Network Rail is not undertaking Regulated Change on behalf of the Customer, the Customer will be liable for all costs in undertaking it and this paragraph 5(a) will not apply.
