AT&T reserves the right to change such numbers, or the central office designation associated with such numbers, or both, in accordance with the FCC’s Notices of Network Change rules on a nondiscriminatory basis.
Under such conditions if there is duplication of Services, Routes and/or times then the Operators would be permitted to propose a Network Change to reduce their Services’ provision and retain a level of Service equivalent to the original timetable, at their discretion.
For the purposes of this Contract, if any modifications to the CCOS or the Specified Equipment falling within the definitions of CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change in the CCOS Network Code are identified as a consequence of the operation of the Services, the process set out in Part F or Part G of the CCOS Network Code shall be followed but neither party shall be entitled to any compensation under either of those Parts as a consequence of such CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change.
For purposes of this SLR, “disposition” means assignment to the appropriate resolver queue, e.g. Work Order, IMAC, Network Change, firewall change, etc.
In such circumstances the Operators will follow the Network Change procedure detailed in clauses 4.6 to 4.12 above, and provided that the affected Operator has demonstrated it has used all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect of the required change then the Executive and the Council shall agree that Network Change.
