Regulated facility definition

Regulated facility means a residential building or child
Regulated facility means a residential building or child care facility or school. (Section 2 of the Act)
Regulated facility means any child care facility, single-family house, dwelling unit and common areas, or premises, as specified in § 3.2.1 of this Part, which is subject to the requirements of this Part.

Regulated facility means a dwelling, residential building, child care facility, or any other structure as defined in the Act or this Part.
