Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange definition

Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange means the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, a market appearing on the list of regulated markets issued by the European Community pursuant to Directive 2004/39EC of April 21, 2004 on markets in financial instruments.
Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange means the regulated market of the Bourse de Luxembourg which is a regulated market for the purposes of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU, as amended from time to time.
Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange means the regulated market of the Bourse de Luxembourg which is a regulated market for the purposes of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2004/39/EC.
