Regulatory Remedy definition

Regulatory Remedy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(d).
Regulatory Remedy means any disposal, condition, obligation, term, undertaking, commitment, remedy, assurance, measure or modification (including the conclusion of any binding sales agreement) that may be required or can reasonably be expected to be required to obtain any Clearance (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any action required by a Relevant Authority prior to any final filings, notifications or submissions being sent or submitted to that authority);
