Regulatory Sideletter definition

Regulatory Sideletter has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

Regulatory Sideletter means that certain letter agreement between the Company and the JPMP Investors, a copy of which is attached to the Investor Stockholders Agreement as Exhibit B.
