The Employer shall make contributions at the rate of two cents (2¢) per hour for each hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each employee covered by this Agreement to the Construction Industry Rehabilitation Fund.
The Employer shall contribute two cents ($0.02) per hour earned by all Employees covered by this Agreement to the B.C. Construction Industry Rehabilitation Fund, in accordance with the Employer's Monthly Remittance Report provided for in this Collective Agreement.
The amount appropriated for small dam repairs of known or suspected deficiencies and the purchase and installation of remote monitoring equipment is authorized for transfer to the Soil and Water Conservation District Dam Maintenance, Repair, and Rehabilitation Fund.
An amount equal to two cents ($0.02) per hour for each hour worked by employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid monthly to the B.C. Construction Industry Rehabilitation Fund by the Employer in the manner set forth in Sub-Section 5.01.
Notwithstanding any/all contrary provisions of this Agreement, Joint Industry Funds negotiated between the BCBCBTU and CLR (e.g. Rehabilitation Fund, etc.), and/or individual dues to umbrella organizations, shall not be subject to reduction and/or elimination via enabling without the prior written consent of the BCBCBTU and CLR.
