Reimbursement Expenses definition

Reimbursement Expenses shall have the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph (A) of Section 5.2.
Reimbursement Expenses. That the Board shall provide the Employee with reimbursement for transportation required in the performance of official duties during her employment under this contract in accordance with Board policy.
Reimbursement Expenses means (i) reasonable costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneysfees and disbursements, of Junior Lender and its participants, reimbursable by the Borrower under the terms of the Subordinated Documents, and (ii) filing and recording fees, and the like incurred by Junior Lender in order to file, record, continue or perfect security interests granted under the Subordinated Documents.

  • The Reimbursement Expenses shall be Obligations under this Agreement and shall be secured by the Lien of this Agreement and the Security Agreement.

  • Licensor shall pay the Buy-Out Price (as adjusted to include any Unapplied Localization Reimbursement Expenses in accordance with Section 4.3(c)) to Licensee in cash or in shares of validly issued and authorized shares of common stock of Licensor which have been fully registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) for resale (to the extent legally permitted under applicable federal securities laws and regulations), or any combination thereof, at Licensee’s sole option.

  • To the extent LINN’s information technology systems in existence as of the Effective Date and contracts therefor permit without incremental fees or other amounts payable by LINN (or with incremental fees or other amounts payable by LINN that are approved in advance by Xxxxx as Reimbursement Expenses), during the Separation Period, LINN shall provide continued use of its telephonic and networking systems, which may be modified to restrict access to LINN’s network.

  • The provision for the payment of the Break-Up Fee and the Reimbursement Expenses in this Section 7.3 is an integral part of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and without this provision Purchaser would not have entered into this Agreement.

Reimbursement Expenses means the Reimbursement Expenses Residential is entitled to reimbursement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Reimbursement Expenses. The fees specified above include all expenses, and no other expenses shall be separately reimbursed or incurred hereunder for the provision of the Service(s).
