Reinvestment Account definition

Reinvestment Account. As defined in the Indenture.
Reinvestment Account means the interest bearing trust account so designated and established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.04(a).
Reinvestment Account means an account that is subject to an account control agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent or with respect to non-U.S. accounts, other applicable agreements, filings, or perfection actions reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, into which net cash proceeds from an asset sale or other transfer of assets permitted pursuant to clause (8) of “Negative Covenants” below have been deposited; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, such account shall not be required to be a segregated account.

Examples of Reinvestment Account in a sentence

  • Charges to amortize Project Facility Capital Costs paid with amounts from the SWRDS Reinvestment Account shall return to the State, in equal annual amounts over an amortization period determined by the State, the amount of each such cost together with an interest charge on the unamortized balance thereof.

  • The Issuer will not, directly or indirectly, make payments to or distributions from the Collection Account or the Collateral Reinvestment Account except in accordance with this Indenture and the other Basic Documents.
