Related Agreement Dispute definition

Related Agreement Dispute means any dispute, claim or difference including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination arising out of or in connection with a Related Agreement and any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of it;

  • The Parties expressly exclude all and any rights to appeal, set-aside or otherwise challenge any award, insofar as such exclusion can validly be made and such award will be the sole and exclusive remedy in connection with any Dispute or Related Agreement Dispute.

  • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.
