Related Premises definition

Related Premises means Related Premises as defined in Paragraph 1 and as more particularly identified by site location on Exhibit A-2.
Related Premises means any one of the Auburn Premises, the Bluffton Premises, and the Milan Premises.
Related Premises means those properties (other than the Premises) which are the subject of mortgage loans from any of the Lender Entities to any of the Borrower Parties.

More Definitions of Related Premises

Related Premises means any one of the Granite City Premises, Kendallville Premises, Clinton Premises, and Upper Sandusky Premises.

Related Premises. (a) that portion of the land described in Exhibit "A-1" attached hereto upon which the Improvements containing rental office, fleet truck and trailer parking areas and related facilities are located, together with the Appurtenances related thereto, and together with a personal easement for the benefit of Tenant (and any permitted assignees or sublessees of Tenant's interests hereunder) granting the right of ingress and egress for vehicular and pedestrian access over and through the Common Areas (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" on the Land or within any Improvements thereon (collectively, the "Equipment").
