Relationship Data definition

Relationship Data. . This means any recorded information that describes (or infers) a relationship between a “Service User”, “Identity Provider” or “Service Provider” with another “Service User”, “Identity Provider” or “Service Provider” and includes any cookie or program whose purpose is to supply a means through which relationship data are collected.
Relationship Data means personal information that we collect during the registration, activation and maintenance of your account. It may include names and contact details of your personnel involved in maintaining or using the Service Offering. It does not include information collected through the publicly accessible portions of our webpages, which is subject to the Privacy Policy posted on those webpages.
Relationship Data means any account-related data provided by you to TetherView during the purchase, sign up, use or support of your account. Relationship Data may include Personal Data. TetherView Processes Relationship Data for the purposes described in Section 3.

More Definitions of Relationship Data

Relationship Data means Personal Data (other than Your Content) about individuals provided by you during the purchase, sign up, use or maintenance of your account.
Relationship Data means any account-related data provided by you to VMware during the purchase, sign-up, use, or support of your account. Relationship Data may include Personal Data. VMware Processes Relationship Data for the purposes described in Section 3, below.

Related to Relationship Data

  • Business relationship means a connection between two or more parties based on commercial activity of one of the parties. The term does not include a connection based on: (A) a transaction that is subject to rate or fee regulation by a federal, state, or local governmental entity or an agency of a federal, state, or local governmental entity; (B) a transaction conducted at a price and subject to terms available to the public; or (C) a purchase or lease of goods or services from a person that is chartered by a state or federal agency and that is subject to regular examination by, and reporting to, that agency.
