Relative TSR Excess definition

Relative TSR Excess means an amount, expressed in terms of bps, whether positive or negative, by which the Company’s Absolute TSR as of the Valuation Date exceeds the Peer Group TSR as of the Valuation Date.

Examples of Relative TSR Excess in a sentence

  • If the Relative TSR Excess is more than -600 bps but less than 0 bps, or more than 0 bps but less than +600 bps, in either case, the cumulative number of the Relative TSR Award LTIPs that will vest and be earned will be determined using linear interpolation as between the respective tiers.

  • If the Relative TSR Excess is more than -600 bps but less than 0 bps, or more than 0 bps but less than +600 bps, the percentage of the Relative TSR Award LTIPs earned will be determined using linear interpolation as between those tiers, respectively.

Related to Relative TSR Excess

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return means for the Incentive Period the Total Shareholder Return of the Company compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit C.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance.   • Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Combinable Class, the then current Class Factor for the Related REMIC Class. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class, a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the then current Class Balances of

  • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount means 0.85% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.

  • Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means, as of the end of any taxable period, the sum of the Remaining Net Positive Adjustments of all the Partners.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
