Relative TSR Ranking definition

Relative TSR Ranking means the percentile ranking of the TSR Calculation for the Grant Performance Measurement Period.
Relative TSR Ranking means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSRs of the multifamily peer companies, office peer companies or retail peer companies, as applicable, for the performance period. The Company’s Relative TSR Ranking will be determined by ranking the Company and the multifamily peer companies, office peer companies or retail peer companies, as applicable, from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs for the performance period, and ranking the Company on a percentile basis.
Relative TSR Ranking means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSRs of the Peer Companies. The Company’s Relative TSR Ranking will be determined by ranking the Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows:

Examples of Relative TSR Ranking in a sentence

  • On the third anniversary of the Grant Date, the number of RSUs that shall become vested and non-forfeitable shall equal 100% of the Target Total Award multiplied by the Vesting Percentage associated with both the Grant Average AOM and Relative TSR Ranking on the chart below, rounded down to the nearest full Share, as the same shall be calculated by the Committee.

  • For example, if the Relative TSR Ranking for the Performance Period were the 65th percentile, the Vesting Percentage would be 120%.

  • Vesting to range from 0% to 150%; straight line interpolation to be used for actual results of Grant Average AOM and Relative TSR Ranking.

  • The Company’s Relative TSR Ranking metric is based on the two (2) or three (3) year cumulative return to shareholders from the change in stock price and dividends paid between the starting and ending dates.

  • Any portion of the PSUs which do not vest as a result of the Company’s Relative TSR Ranking and/or Core FFO for the Performance Period being below the threshold for vesting set forth above shall automatically and without further action be cancelled and forfeited by Participant, and Participant shall have no further right or interest in or with respect to such PSUs or any related Dividend Equivalents.

  • The Relative TSR Ranking target is the 50th percentile (the “Target TSR Ranking”).

  • If the Company achieves a Relative TSR Ranking that falls between the following levels, the Performance Multiplier will be determined by linear interpolation between the applicable levels.

Relative TSR Ranking means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSRs of the Peer Companies. The Company’s Relative TSR Ranking will be determined by ranking the Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows: P = 1 – ((R-1)/(N-1))
Relative TSR Ranking means the percentile ranking of the Corporation’s TSR among the TSRs for the Index Companies for the TSR Measurement Period. In determining the Corporation’s Relative TSR Ranking, in the event that the Corporation’s TSR for the TSR Measurement Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Index Companies for the TSR Measurement Period, the Corporation’s TSR will be deemed to be greater than the TSR of such other Index Company (or Index Companies) for the TSR Measurement Period.
Relative TSR Ranking means the Company’s percentile ranking of its Total Shareholder Return relative to the Total Shareholder Returns of all other Index Companies. Relative TSR Ranking shall be determined by ranking the Index Companies from the highest to the lowest according to their respective Total Shareholder Returns and then calculating the Company’s percentile ranking within the Index Companies as follows:
Relative TSR Ranking means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Russell 2000 Index Companies for the Performance Period. For purposes of clarity, the Company’s TSR shall be ranked against the TSRs for such companies regardless of whether the Company is a member of the Russell 2000 Index throughout the Performance Period.

Related to Relative TSR Ranking

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the Peer Companies. Following the calculation of the TSR of the Company and each Peer Company for the Performance Period, the Company and each Peer Company will be ranked in order of maximum to minimum according to their respective TSR for the Performance Period. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined as follows:

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio, on a Pro Forma Basis, of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Test Period.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
