Release of Guarantor definition

Release of Guarantor. Any such agreement by the Trustee pursuant to subclause 7.4.1 (Procedure) shall, if so expressed, operate to release the Guarantor (or such previous substitute as aforesaid) from any or all of its obligations as guarantor under this Trust Deed. Not later than 14 days after the execution of any such documents as aforesaid and after compliance with the said requirements of the Trustee, the Substituted Guarantor shall cause notice thereof to be given to the Noteholders; and
Release of Guarantor means the release set forth in Section 10.

  • Notation of Guarantee means a notation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, executed by a Guarantor and affixed to each Security of any Series to which the Guarantee of such Guarantor under Article XII of this Indenture applies.

  • Call Off Guarantor means the person acceptable to a Contracting Body to give a Call Off Guarantee;

  • Guaranty Joinder Agreement means each Guaranty Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Guaranty, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.

  • Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.10.
