Release To The Client definition

Release To The Client means AAIPharma has: i) manufactured and/or packaged and/or labeled the Product according to the Master Batch Record; ii) fulfilled its testing/analytical obligations as further set forth herein; and iii) all manufacturing and testing services performed by AAIPharma have been reviewed and approved by AAIPharma’s Quality department.

Examples of Release To The Client in a sentence

  • If Company and AAIPharma do not agree whether the Product(s) failed to meet applicable Specifications at the time of Release To The Client, such Products shall be submitted for testing to an independent laboratory or other authority of national reputation acceptable to both Parties for the purpose of determining the results.

  • Company shall arrange for shipment on behalf of the Client upon Release To The Client of Batch documentation.

  • Company shall provide invoices to Client for CML-474 upon each Release To The Client of Batch Documentation.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event shall Company be responsible for noncompliance with Specifications for API or Drug Product that met Specifications at time of Release To The Client or from non-conformities that result from a deficiency or change in the Client supplied materials utilized in such Batch(es) of API or Drug Product(s) or a defect in the Specifications for the API or Drug Product(s).

  • An auditor is a natural person who has obtained the auditor qualification certificate and who is a member of the self-regulating organization of auditors.

  • Refuse to Cooperate means to obstruct the collection or testing process; to submit an altered, adulterated or substitute sample; to fail to show up for a scheduled test; to refuse to complete the requested drug testing forms; or to fail to promptly provide specimen(s) for testing when directed to do so, without a valid medical basis for the failure. Employees who leave the scene of an accident without justifiable explanation prior to submission to drug and alcohol testing will also be considered to have refused to cooperate and will automatically be subject to discharge.

  • Release means any release, spill, emission, discharge, deposit, disposal, leaking, pumping, pouring, dumping, emptying, injection or leaching into the Environment, or into, from or through any building, structure or facility.

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Nonpublic Personal Information means nonpublic personal financial information and nonpublic personal health information.

  • Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Releasors shall refer, jointly and severally, and individually and collectively, to Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class Members, and to each of their predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each of the foregoing, and anyone claiming by, through, or on behalf of them.

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.
