Examples of Released Capacity in a sentence

  • Any written notice of Released Capacity (as defined in the PPA) shall include reasonable proof of the net reduction in IP Load, and the amount of Released Capacity shall not be greater than the amount of the net reduction in IP Load.

  • Any Released Capacity that was provided to Carrier by lessee in a month shall automatically revert back to lessee at the end of such transportation month and shall only become available for Carrier’s use in a subsequent transportation month in accordance with the provisions of this Rule 25.
