Storage Capacity. 1. The Storage Operator undertakes to provide firm storage capacity to the Storage User with the following parameters: Storage period WGV [MWh] IR [MWh/day] WR [MWh/day] Price [CZK/MWh/storage period] where WGV = Working gas volume IR = Maximum injection capacity and WR = Maximum withdrawal capacity (hereinafter also referred to as the "Storage Capacity")
Storage Capacity. The C&DH subsystem shall be capable of storing at least 36 hours of telemetry at an average rate of [**Redacted**].
Storage Capacity. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall maintain the Storage Facility with a Storage Contract Capacity of not less than the [•] MWAC (the “Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity”). If the Storage Contract Capacity for the Storage Facility is determined during a Storage Contract Capacity Test to be less than the Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity, Seller shall pay to Buyer as liquidated damages for such deficiency an amount determined by multiplying the number of months since the last Storage Capacity Test (including the month in which the most current Storage Capacity Test was completed) by (i) Contract Price multiplied by [125%] multiplied by (ii) the difference between the Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity and the Storage Contract Capacity for the Storage Facility as determined during the most recent Storage Contract Capacity Test (“Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity LDs”). Payment of Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity LDs is Seller’s sole and exclusive liability, and Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy, in connection with the Storage Contract Capacity being less than the Guaranteed Storage Contract Capacity for a Contract Year.
Storage Capacity. 1. The Storage Operator undertakes to provide firm storage capacity to the Storage User with the following parameters: Storage period WGV [MWh] IR [MWh/day] WR [MWh/day] Price [CZK/MWh/y] where WGV Working gas volume IR Maximum injection capacity WR Maximum withdrawal capacity These values will be adjusted using the procedure laid down in Article III., Paragraph 2.
2. The Contracting Parties acknowledge that the storage capacity (working gas volume, withdrawal and injection rates) stated in Paragraph 1. of this Article are booked values according to the auction result and will be proportionally reduced depending on the volume of Fixed storage capacity using the process laid down in Annex No. 2 part “Annex No.1 to the Auction Terms and Conditions” point III.
A. For clarification purposes, the final value of storage capacity parameters as per this Contract shall be confirmed without undue delay to the Storage User by the Storage Operator by means of an e-mail notice sent to the address under which the Storage User is registered in the Storage Operator's Auction System, or as per different arrangement.
3. For each MWh of booked Storage Capacity that the Storage User has not converted to Fixed Storage Capacity in accordance with the procedure set in Annex No. 2 – part “Annex No. 1 to the Auction Terms and Conditions part III.A the Storage User shall pay a one-off fee on the dates and in the amount specified in the Auction Terms and Conditions in Annex No. 2 to this Contract. A. For the avoidance of doubt, it is considered that if the Storage User does not report the value of the Fixed storage capacity, the Storage User has not fixed any amount of the booked Storage capacity and will pay a fee according to this article calculated from the entire value of the booked Storage capacity. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Storage capacity")
Storage Capacity. SLA Goal Remedy
Storage Capacity. Supplier shall provide and is responsible for maintaining sufficient storage capacity to the server or servers on which PFM 9 and/or PFM 10 is loaded. Supplier’s application servers and other servers only store application code and system and application logs – Registered User data is not stored on servers. Supplier uses a large storage array that currently has approximately 6 terabytes of usable storage space. This storage array is where Registered User data is stored. Supplier’s capacity management function will monitor and track the utilization of this space (both at a data base table level and physical space level) and increase capacity as needed. Supplier shall ensure that it maintains sufficient capacity in its Registered User data to ensure the operation of the Hosted Services in conformance with this Schedule and the SCHEDULE C-1 to the Agreement, including sufficient free space on the storage array.
2. The Contracting Parties acknowledge that the storage capacity (working gas volume, withdrawal and injection rates) stated in Paragraph 1. of this Article are booked values according to the auction result and will be proportionally reduced depending on the volume of storage capacity fixed using the storage capacity fixation process for each storage year laid down in Section A.2 of the Auction Terms and Conditions. For clarification purposes, the final value of storage capacity parameters for each storage year as per this Contract shall be confirmed without undue delay to the Storage User by the Storage Operator by means of an e-mail notice sent to the address under which the Storage User is registered in the Storage Operator's Auction System, or as per different arrangement. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Storage capacity")
