Released Product definition

Released Product means each product subject to the releases as provided for under Section 3.1 of the Settlement Agreement.
Released Product means Product that has met the Specifications set by Novavax and agreed upon by the relevant regulatory agency with appropriate jurisdiction, ensuring the Product has been manufactured, filled, finished, labeled & packed and is appropriate for distribution and/or sale and administration to a human.
Released Product has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.1(b).

  • Except as to any provision subject to survival and subject to any Extended Term under section 3(d)(v), this GACA and the obligations hereunder will expire at the later of (a) 15 years after the Effective Date, or (b) 10 years after the first sale of Released Product to a Public Sector Purchaser for Maternal Immunization for a Developing Country following WHOPQ (“Term”); provided, however the Term may be lengthened to account for the Extended Term.

  • The QA shall be in effect contemporaneously with the term of this Agreement, and govern all activities delegated by Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx Pharma hereunder or pursuant hereto in respect of the Manufacture and quality of the Cartridges, the Pens and/or the Finished Products; provided, however, that the QA will remain in effect until all Manufactured and Released Product has reached its expiration date plus one (1) additional year.

  • During the term of these General T&Cs, if requested by NetAlly, Company will provide feedback to NetAlly regarding use of the Pre- Released Product.

  • It must be within one of the Released Product Categories, unless it is a Public Institution.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:
