Releasing Defendant Persons means each of the JPMorgan Defendants and each and all of their respective successors in interest, predecessors, representatives, trustees, executors, administrators, agents, heirs, estates, assigns or transferees, immediate and remote, and any other Person who has the right, ability, standing, or capacity to assert, prosecute, or maintain on their behalf any of the Released Defendant Claims, whether in whole or in part; provided, however, that “Releasing Defendant Persons” shall not include any of the JPMorgan Defendants’ outside counsel.
