Relevant Servicing Criteria. The Servicing Criteria applicable to a specific party, as set forth on Exhibit O to this Agreement. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Relevant Servicing Criteria. With respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Certificate Administrator, the term “Relevant Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Certificate Administrator.

Relevant Servicing Criteria. The Servicing Criteria applicable to each party, as set forth on Exhibit X attached hereto. Multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Relevant Servicing Criteria. With respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by any of the Master Servicer, the Trust Administrator or each Servicer, the term Relevant Servicing Criteria may refer to a portion of the Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to such parties.

Relevant Servicing Criteria. The Servicing Criteria applicable to the parties having reporting obligations hereunder, as set forth on Exhibit S attached hereto. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Relevant Servicing Criteria. With respect to any Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Custodian or the Servicer, the term “Relevant Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to such parties.

Examples of Relevant Servicing Criteria in a sentence

• Promptly after receipt of each such report, (i) the Depositor and each Other Depositor may review each such report and, if applicable, consult with the each Reporting Servicer as to the nature of any material instance of noncompliance with the Relevant Servicing Criteria, and (ii) the Certificate Administrator shall confirm that the assessments, taken individually address the Relevant Servicing Criteria for each party as set forth on Exhibit O to this Agreement and notify the Depositor of any exceptions.

• Each such report shall be addressed to the Depositor and each Other Depositor (if addressed) and signed by an authorized officer of the applicable company, and shall address each of the Relevant Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit O to this Agreement delivered to the Depositor on the Closing Date.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trustee shall not be required to deliver a Performance Certification with respect to any period during which there was no Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to it.

• Each such report shall be addressed to the Depositor and signed by an authorized officer of the applicable company, and shall address the Relevant Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit AA hereto delivered to the Depositor on the Closing Date.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, at any time that the Certificate Administrator and the Trustee are the same entity, the Certificate Administrator and Trustee may provide a combined assessment of compliance required pursuant to this Section 11.10(a) in respect of their combined Relevant Servicing Criteria as set forth on Exhibit AA hereto.

More Definitions of Relevant Servicing Criteria

Relevant Servicing Criteria refers to the portion of the Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer insofar as the functions required to be performed by the Servicer are to be performed by the Subcontractor or Subservicer, as applicable.

Relevant Servicing Criteria. The Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer, as set forth on Exhibit R to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Relevant Servicing Criteria. With respect to a Subcontractor or Subservicer engaged by the Servicer, the term "Relevant Servicing Criteria" refers to the portion of the Relevant Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer insofar as the functions required to be performed by the Servicer are to be performed by the Subcontractor or Subservicer, as applicable.

Relevant Servicing Criteria. The Servicing Criteria applicable to each Reporting Servicer (as set forth on Schedule III attached hereto).
