Examples of Certifying Servicer in a sentence

  • The obligations of each Certifying Servicer under this Section apply to each Certifying Servicer that serviced a Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan during the applicable period, whether or not the Certifying Servicer is acting in such capacity at the time such Officer’s Certificate is required to be delivered.

  • If any Certifying Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Certifying Servicer shall provide the Officer’s Certificate pursuant to this Section 11.12 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.

  • The obligations of each Certifying Servicer under this Section apply to each such Certifying Servicer that serviced the Trust Loan or a Companion Loan during the applicable period, whether or not the Certifying Servicer is acting in such capacity at the time such Officer’s Certificate is required to be delivered.

  • If any Serviced Companion Loan is deposited into an Other Securitization, each Certifying Servicer, to the extent applicable, shall provide (within the time periods provided for under the related Other Companion Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement to permit such requesting party to comply with its reporting obligations thereunder), if requested by a party to the Other Companion Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement, an Officer’s Certificate as set forth in this Section.

  • The obligations of the Certifying Servicer and each Additional Servicer under this Section apply to the Certifying Servicer and each Additional Servicer that serviced a Mortgage Loan during the applicable period, whether or not such Certifying Servicer or Additional Servicer is acting as the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator or Additional Servicer at the time such Officer’s Certificate is required to be delivered.

  • Reporting Servicer As defined in Section 11.13.

  • Certifying Certificateholder As defined in Section 5.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Outside Special Servicer With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the special servicer under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicing Certificate A certificate completed and executed by a Servicing Officer on behalf of the Master Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
