Reliant Trust Rate definition

Reliant Trust Rate means (a) Daily One Month Term SOFR or (b) if either (i) Daily One Month Term SOFR is not available in accordance with Section 4.4 or 4.6 or (ii) Purchasers whose Commitments aggregate more than 50% of the aggregate of the Commitments of all Purchasers are then funding Receivable Interests at the Alternate Base Rate, in either case, the Alternate Base Rate.
Reliant Trust Rate means (a) the LIBO RateDaily One Month Term SOFR or (b) if either (i) the LIBO RateDaily One Month Term SOFR is not available in accordance with Section 4.4 or 4.6 or (ii) Purchasers whose Commitments aggregate more than 50% of the aggregate of the Commitments of all Purchasers are then funding Receivable Interests at the Alternate Base Rate, in either case, the Alternate Base Rate.

Related to Reliant Trust Rate

  • Relevant Trustee shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.10.

  • relevant trust means a trust established out of funds provided by the Secretary of State in respect of persons who suffered, or who are suffering, from variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease for the benefit of persons eligible for payments in accordance with its provisions;

  • Securities Administrator Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interest, or any successor securities administrator appointed as herein provided.

  • Securities Administrator Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) 1/12th of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period. Securities Administrator Fee Rate: 0.001% per annum.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Successor Institutional Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Delaware Trust Statute means the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. C. § 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Statutory Trust Statute means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code § 3801 et seq.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Delaware Trustee means, with respect to the Trust, the Person identified as the “Delaware Trustee” in the Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Delaware Trustee of the Trust under the Trust Agreement and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Delaware Trustee appointed as therein provided.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.

  • Mortgage Interest Rate For any Mortgage Loan, the per annum rate at which interest accrues on such Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Successor Trust means Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 1997-4B-S.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.

  • indenture trustee or "institutional trustee" means the Trustee.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in May of each year, commencing in May 2020.

  • Successor Delaware Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(e).

  • Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, such Mortgage Loan's Mortgage Interest Rate thereon on the first day of the month preceding the month of the related Distribution Date reduced by (i) the Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Trustee Fee Rate.
