  • Following the Relocation Completion, Frontline shall file the Frontline Cyprus Post-Effective Amendments.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Executive’s Severance Plan eligibility is determined under Section 5(b) of this Agreement; incorporation of the Severance Plan by reference in this Agreement does not make Executive eligible for the Severance Plan; Executive shall not be eligible for the Severance Plan earlier than the Relocation Completion Date.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
