Remaining Contract Obligations definition

Remaining Contract Obligations means, at any time, for a Transaction, the rights and obligations of each of the Parties that remain to be performed in respect of all periods after the Early Termination Date, provided, however, the Remaining Contract Obligations shall not include any payment obligation arising in connection with Products delivered or scheduled to be delivered prior to the Early Termination Date, which amounts shall be considered Unpaid Amounts.
Remaining Contract Obligations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(c).
Remaining Contract Obligations means, at any time in question, the sum of the Maximum Daily Firm Quantities for each Day remaining in the Principal Term (as adjusted pursuant to Appendix I hereto) or the Extended Term, if applicable, of this Agreement.

  • Banking Product Obligations means, as applied to any Person, any direct or indirect liability, contingent or otherwise, of such Person in respect of any treasury, depository and cash management services, netting services and automated clearing house transfers of funds services, including obligations for the payment of fees, interest, charges, expenses, attorneys’ fees and disbursements in connection therewith.

  • Bank Product Obligations means all obligations, liabilities, contingent reimbursement obligations, fees, and expenses owing by a Company to Agent or any Lender (or an affiliate of a Lender) pursuant to or evidenced by the Bank Product Agreements.
