Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;

Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.
Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.
Class B operator means a person who implements applicable underground storage tank regulatory requirements and standards. This includes implementing the day-to-day aspects of operating, maintaining, and record keeping for underground storage tanks at one or more facilities. A Class B operator typically monitors, maintains and ensures that release detection methods, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; release prevention equipment, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; all relevant equipment complies with performance standards; and appropriate individuals are trained to properly respond to emergencies caused by releases and spills.
Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.
Beginning farmer means an individual, partnership, family farm corporation, or family farm limited liability company, with a low or moderate net worth that engages in farming or wishes to engage in farming.

Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
Service Commencement Date in respect of a Service or a particular instance of a Service means the date on which that particular Service or particular instance of a Service is first provided to the Customer, or as otherwise explicitly set out in this Agreement;
Tanning facility means a place that provides access to tanning devices for compensation.

Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
