Remote Location Fee definition

Remote Location Fee means the sum stated beside each location identified in the definition ofRemote Location’, or any other sum specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page, as being payable if you elect to collect or return the Vehicle from a Remote Location; “Remote Location” means any location identified as such on the Details Page or the Policies Page; “Rental Pack” means the bundle of documents provided to you on hiring the Vehicle, including this Agreement; “Return Date” means the ‘Due Return Date’ stated on the Details Page, or the Extended Return Date as the case may be; “Return Location”, unless stated otherwise on the Details Page, means the Pickup Location; “Return Time” means the ‘Due Return Time’ stated on the Details Page, otherwise 10:00am; “Settlement Sum” means: (a) if the Claim relates to any period of time during which the Vehicle is not available for use during the Term in circumstances where we are liable for such unavailability: an amount equal to the Daily Hire Charge multiplied by the number of full days during the relevant period;

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.

  • Application Fee means any nonrefundable fee, which is paid by a tenant to a landlord or managing

  • Acquisition Fee means any and all fees and commissions, exclusive of Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person (including any fees or commissions paid by or to any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor) in connection with making or investing in Mortgages or the purchase, development or construction of a Property, including real estate commissions, selection fees, Development Fees, Construction Fees, nonrecurring management fees, loan fees, points or any other fees of a similar nature. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Financing Coordination Fee means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 10(e).

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.
