Removed Service definition

Removed Service means a service connection documented based on actual field conditions that the service lateral no longer exists. The service is classified as removed in District records. If field conditions later indicate that a service classified as removed was actually abandoned, the service shall be classified as abandoned in District records. See "Abandoned Service".
Removed Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(a).

  • Subject to the Cessation Date, to the extent that the Service Team is unable to agree upon a provider of the Removed Service, senior level executives of Accounts Owner and CCRT shall meet in good faith and identify suitable providers for the Removed Service.

  • All costs and expenses of performing the Removed Service shall be borne by CCRT.

  • In no event, however, shall Accounts Owner require, without the consent of CCRT, that any Removed Service be performed by any Person in which Accounts Owner or Synovus has any material direct or indirect ownership interest.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
